Classes

Dear Yoga Students,

This is the decision that I have to make for your health, well-being and the community as a whole. In an effort to flatten the curve of transmission of the CoVid-19 virus, I am suspending all my public yoga classes until further notice at the Center. We all need to consider how our choices may affect everyone that we come in contact with. Please try to lay low and take care of yourself, and of course, practice yoga at your own place If you have an issue or concern, feel free to email me.
